A fix mentioned in there is to clear the aliases from the quest attached to pearl before opening the vault door so that the actor (receptionist) can respond to you opening it, thus allowing the vault door to open. It looks like this is what is happening, since you are playing on ps4 and passed the speech check to enter. I got passed that by noclipping through, that was fine. This workaround won't fix the issue with the invisible elevator and gates however they'll still work.
